This cause is before the court at this time on a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the plaintiff in error failed to file his brief within the time required by the rules of this court. The facts are, as shown by the record, that the petition in error was filed in this court on June 23, 1925, complaining of an order or judgment of the district court sitting in and for the county of Natrona, made and entered on June 18, 1925, upon an application of the plaintiff in error as plaintiff below in an action for divorce, for the modification of the judgment and decree therein, insofar as…
