|TOn November 16, 2010, the defendant, Sullivan Williams, was charged with armed robbery. He was tried by a jury and found guilty of the lesser-included offense of simple robbery, a violation of La. R.S. 14:65. On July 6, 2011, defendant was sentenced to serve five years in the custody of the Louisiana Department of Corree-*109tions, at hard labor without the benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence, to run concurrently with the sentence he was serving at that time.
