JANVIER, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment perpetuating an injunction enjoining the judgment creditor from executing a judgment.

In November, 1932, in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, Joseph E. Reinecke. secured a judgment for $1,500, interest, etc., against Mrs. Emma Pelham, divorced wife of Clyde H. Spearman. On May 28, 1940, Reinecke secured a writ of fieri facias and in connection therewith caused the issuance of a writ of garnishment under which the Civil Sheriff for the Parish of Orleans seized, in the possession of the Hibernia National Bank in New Orleans,…
