Appellant Ireland Electric Corporation filed suit against appellee Georgia Highway Express, Inc. alleging that W. E. Griffin, Jr., appellee’s employee acting within the scope of his employment driving appellee’s vehicle, failed to stop and collided into a vehicle being operated by appellant’s employee, Quincy O. Miller.
