BURKE, Justice.
[¶ 1] A jury found James Michael Even-son guilty of aggravated assault in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-2-502(a)(ii) (Lexis-Nexis 2007). 1 Due to prior felony convictions, he was sentenced under the habitual criminal statute, Wyo. Stat. Aim. § 6-10-201, 2 to life imprisonment. He appeals his conviction. We will affirm.
ISSUES
