Pending before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Alter or Amend the portion of this Court’s Order of June 28, 2012, 870 F.Supp.2d 395 (D.Md.2012), Doc. No. 114, which found that individual Defendants Todd Hassett and Jeffrey Gatling are liable under the Maryland Consumer Debt Collection Act (“MCDCA”) and the Maryland Consumer Protection Act (“MCPA”) for their unlicensed attempts on behalf of The Management Group, Inc.
