DECISION: DENYING DEBTOR’S MOTION FOR AN ORDER TO CONVERT CASE FROM CHAPTER 7 TO CHAPTER 13

BACKGROUND
This matter comes before the Court as a Motion brought by Debtor Demetre Mar-cakis (“Debtor”) for an Order to Convert the Case from Chapter 7 to Chapter 13 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 706(a). The case has not yet been converted under either 11 U.S.C. § 1112 or § 1307.
