In a condemnation proceeding, the condemnor appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered January 31, 1973, which, after a nonjury trial, awarded the claimants $630,000. Judgment modified, on the facts, by reducing the award to $390,000. As so modified, judgment affirmed, without costs. The property in question consists of 126 acres, undeveloped, located in the Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County.
