MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTION TO ASSUME AND ASSIGN NON-RESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY LEASE

Came before the Court for consideration, the Motion to Assume and Assign Non-Residential Real Property Lease (“Motion”) filed by Lil’ Things, Inc. (“Debtor”) and the objection to the Motion (“Objection”) filed by Lincoln Property Company CSE, Inc., as agent for Creekwalk, Inc. (“Lincoln”).
