WAGNER, Senior Judge:
This is an appeal from an order entered by the trial court after this court remanded the case in Lasché v. Levin, 977 A.2d 361 (D.C.2009) (Lasché I). In Lasché I, appellant argued that the trial court erred in calculating his retroactive child support payments under our presumptive Child Support Guidelines statute (Guideline)1 by including certain lump sum trust distributions as gross income in the calculation.
