INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Copterline Oy (“Copterline” or “Plaintiff’) filed this action against defendants Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (“Sikorsky”) and Helicopter Support, Inc. (“HSI”), (collectively, “Defendants”), for breach of express warranty, implied warranty, negligence, gross negligence, and failure to warn relating to the sale of a helicopter component. Defendants move to dismiss the action pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), or in the alternative, to transfer the action to the District of Connecticut pursuant to 28 U.S.C.…
