Plaintiff Jerome Bailey (“plaintiff” or “Bailey”) brings this case against Citi-Mortgage, Inc. (“defendant” or “CMI”), seeking specific performance of a real estate contract. See generally Compl. (attached as Ex. 8 to Notice of Removal) [Dkt. # 1-3].
