The appellant, Gulf Refining Company, a large producer and wholesale distributor of gasoline, motor oils, and other petroleum products, and the respondent, Broadus J. Sample, entered into an agreement on March 13, 1934, providing for the handling by Sample of various Gulf Refining Company products at his place of business at Schultz Hill in Aiken County, S.
