On December 29, 1979, Gail A. Lewis (Mr. Lewis) executed a Last Will and Testament, which provided in pertinent part:

SECOND: Unto Fannie C. Hays, I give all of my personal property, including but not limited to all furniture and fixtures in my residential home, any motor vehicles which I may own and any monies which I may have at the time of my death.
