Reversing.
At the April term, 1927, two indictments were returned against Ed Simon and Pal Ladnsaw. In the first indictment they were charged with the offense of mann facturing spirituous liquor. In the second indictment they were charged with the offense of haying in possession a still. They were put on trial under, the first indictment. Simon was found guilty and Ladusaw was found not guilty. Judgment .was entered'upon the verdict. Then Ladusaw was put on trial under the second indictment.
