PIVARNIK, Justice.

Defendant-Appellant Tony Wayne Sand-lin was convicted by a jury in the Franklin Circuit Court of murder, felony murder— robbery and felony murder — burglary. The trial court subsequently sentenced Appellant to a term of sixty years imprisonment for each conviction. The sentences for felony murder — robbery and felony murder — burglary were ordered to run consecutively. Appellant now directly appeals and raises the following four issues:

1. sufficiency of the evidence;

2. whether the trial court erred by denying Appellant’s mistrial motion;
