Defendant Kenneth Faison is charged with conspiring to participate in a racketeering enterprise and conspiring to distribute controlled substances in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d) and 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), & 846.1 Now pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Preclude Admission into Evidence of Defendant’s Guilty Pleas in State Court.
