THIS CASE came before the Court for hearing to consider the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Abstain.

Thirteen Plaintiffs initially commenced this action by filing a Complaint against the Defendants, Alternative Debt Portfolios, LLC, and Alternative Debt Portfolios, L.P. (collectively, ADP), in the State Court in Texas. The State Court action was subsequently removed to the Bankruptcy Court in Texas, and transferred by the Texas Bankruptcy Court to this Court.
