The appellant, Ruth Dorothy L. Hollenbeck, who is the mother of the child in interest, appeals from an order of the separate juvenile court terminating her parental rights in her youngest daughter. The father’s parental rights were also terminated by this order, but he has not appealed.
On September 11, 1980, a petition was filed in the separate juvenile court, alleging the child in interest, who was born December 13, 1974, was a child within the meaning of Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 43-202(2) (b) and 43-209(2) (Reissue 1978), in that she was a child under 18 years of age lacking proper parental care…
