The appellant sued the appellee to obtain the rescission of a contract between the parties for the exchange of lands, and of a conveyance made in pursuance *5of the contract, upon the ground that the contract and conveyance were induced by certain specified false and fraudulent representations of the defendant, as to facts and the law. The representation as to the law, alleged to have been falsely and corruptly made, is not alleged to have been known by the defendant to be false.
