When appellant was. stopped by the police for driving erratically, a plastic bag containing marijuana and several pills was found on the front seat of his car. Charged by accusation with misdemeanor possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, appellant entered a guilty plea in the State Court of Spalding County. Appellant was subsequently indicted, tried and convicted for possession of amobarbital and secobarbital, the pills found in the bag with the marijuana.
