The bill of complaint in this cause was filed by O. A. Gautney against H. L. Gautney and wife Florence Gautney, Mattie Trousdale, Katherine Ellen Trousdale Cooke, Albert Johnson Trousdale, Preston Simpson Trousdale and Mattie Trousdale as administratrix of the estate of A. J. Trousdale, deceased. The bill of complaint sought to foreclose a mortgage executed to the complainant by H. L.
