ORDER
GEORGE B. NIELSEN, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Debtor’s allegations of a violation of the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601, et seq. (“TILA”), have been sustained in part. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law of February 12, 1985. It is now necessary to impose an award of attorney’s fees. 15 U.S.C. § 1640(a)(3).
In providing for such award, Congress did not intend allowance of an attorney’s fee for legal services which do not concern TILA matters. Lacy v. General Finance Corp., 651 F.2d 1026, 1029 (5th Cir.1981); McDonald v. Credithrift of America, 661 F.2d 69 (5th Cir.1981). The…
