MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this action the court considers the procedures for redemption of real property subjected to conditional sale for tax arrearage, as provided by subchapter IV of Chapter 89, Title 33 of the Virgin Islands Code. Plaintiff prays for injunctive relief by this court, seeking the return to her of title to a parcel of land purchased at tax auction by codefendant Elizabeth Beretta.
