This is a suit for architectural fees alleged to be due and owing for work performed in the drawing and preparation of plans and specifications for the construction of certain additions to Parkview General Hospital located in the City of Corpus Christi, Texas. The agreement between the parties was covered by a written contract. The project was never constructed and a dispute arose between the parties as to the amount due and owing under the contract for the work performed by the architect.
