— Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kramer, J.), both rendered September 22, 1989, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree under Indictment No. 8675/88, and attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree under Indictment No. 4349/89, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences. The appeal under Indictment No. 8675/88 brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.
