COPENHAVER, District Judge.

Pending before the court is the motion of the United States of America, filed June 2, 2005, seeking to intervene in this action for the limited purpose of obtaining a stay of discovery.

In support of this motion, the United States offers the Declaration of Phillip Eugene Porter, Senior Litigation Counsel in the office of the United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri.
