This matter is before the Court on confirmation of the Chapter 13 Plan filed by Arthur Gillen (DEBTOR) and the objection thereto by the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee, Marsha Combs-Skinner. The plan is for a term of sixty (60) months and will pay unsecured creditors in full, without interest. The Trustee’s basis for objecting is that the DEBTOR has failed to commit all of his monthly disposable income to the plan, which if he did so would result in a substantially shorter plan term and quicker payoff for creditors.
