Plaintiff, Charles A. Bonneau, Jr., filed this suit seeking specific performance of an option to purchase property located in Alexandria, Louisiana. Defendants, D. Frank Blalock, Jr. and Lurlyne McGehee Blalock, filed answer generally denying the allegations of plaintiff’s petition. Defendants *563sought judgment by reconventional demand ordering plaintiff’s eviction and damages for trespass. Plaintiff filed a motion for summary judgment.
