—The appellant association brought suit against appellee Beekner and the appellant Home Land- and Loan Company, to recover a personal judgment against Beekner on a promissory note given by him to said association for purchase money for certain lands, and to foreclose a mortgage on said lands securing the payment of the note. Issues were formed on answers of denial filed by both defendants and on replies to six paragraphs of special answer by Beekner.
