YOUNG, DISTRICT JUDGE.

I. INTRODUCTION

John Marshall (“Marshall”) brought this suit against Rio Grande River Limited Partnership (“Rio Grande”) alleging that Rio Grande’s property at 2343 Washington Street, Boston, Massachusetts (the “Property”) had architectural barriers that prevented Marshall from entering it, see Compl. 1-2, ECF No. 1, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213.
