On March 4, 1931, the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company issued to Zachary Nusz a life policy in the sum of $10,000. There was attached to as a part of the policy contract a rider or supplementary contract insuring Nusz against total disability resulting from bodily or disease of such a character and nature as to prevent him from engaging in any business or occupation or from performing any work for compensation or profit provided such disability continued uninterruptedly for a period of at least four months; that in the event of such…
