|; This criminal appeal arises from the Fifth Judicial District Court, Parish of Richland, State of Louisiana. The defendant, Christopher Wayne Lindsey, pled guilty to aggravated second degree battery, in violation of. La. R.S. 14:34.7, and was ultimately sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment. After failing to appear for sentencing on that conviction, Lindsey pled guilty to jumping bail, in violation of La. R.S. 14:110.1, and fourth-felony habitual offender, in violation of La.
