Statement of the Case

Keenan J.P. Mardis appeals his conviction for murder, a felony, following a jury trial. Mardis raises the following two issues for our review:

1. Whether the State presented sufficient evidence to support his conviction.

2. Whether the trial court committed fundamental error when it instructed the jury.

We affirm.
