MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER
RANDOLPH BAXTER, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is the Trustee’s Objection to Plan Confirmation (the “Objection”), which is opposed by the Debtor, Kristina Marchionna (the “Debtor”). The Court acquires jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334,157 and General Order No. 84 of this District.
