POSNER, Circuit Judge.
The district judge dismissed this diversity suit, after several months of discovery and fruitless settlement negotiations, on the basis of a forum-selection clause that designated Bermuda as the place for litigating any dispute concerning a contract between the plaintiffs and the Mutual defendants, a group of affiliated corporations. Another defendant, Cunningham-Lindsey, Inc., is unaffiliated; we discuss its appeal at the end of this opinion.
