STRICKLAND, Judge:

At a general court-martial composed of a military judge alone, appellant was found guilty, contrary to his pleas, of wrongful possession of a trace amount of methamphetamine and obstruction of justice by wrongfully endeavoring to influence the testimony of a witness in violation of Articles 112a and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 912a and 934, respectively. Appellant was sentenced to confinement for 3 years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to E-l, and a dishonorable discharge. The convening authority approved the adjudged sentence. We…
