This matter involves the scope and extent of the automatic stay, and the exemptions, provided by Section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 362, which became effective when on October 27, 1982 Revere Copper Products, Inc. (“RCPI”) and thirteen related corporations filed petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
