—In an action to recover damages pursuant to Labor Law § 201-c, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Fredman, J.), entered April 15, 1993, which granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a cause of action.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
