SAFFELS, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction and a prejudgment attachment order pursuant to Rules 64 and 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff requests equitable relief in the form of an injunction preventing defendant Atchison Grain Company, Inc. (“Atchison Grain”) from selling any of its assets prior to final judgment of plaintiffs action against defendant.
