MEMORANDUM
MORTON, Chief Judge.
This is a suit by a Tennessee resident against a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Michigan. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. The case was submitted on stipulation of facts. A supplemental stipulation was tendered to the court subject to the objection of defendant as to relevancy. This court now determines that such supplemental stipulation is relevant, and the facts contained therein have been authenticated by the signature of the trial judge and are part of this record.
