The plaintiff, hereinafter occasionally referred to by its trade name, “Reno”, is a Mexican corporation engaged in the business of purchasing, freezing and packing shrimp. Reno produces about an eighth of the total production of West Coast of Mexico shrimp. The defendant is a resident of Illinois and is engaged in the business of distributing shrimp in the United States and the Dominion of Canada.
