On the petition of Irving Berman and Betty Berman, husband and wife, and the Red Barn System, Inc., appellees, a writ of mandamus was granted by the lower court ordering appellants, Planning Commission of the City of Falls Church, Virginia, and the individual members thereof to approve a site plan application filed by appellees.
