People v. Turn

Defendant, Dakota Lee Turn, appeals by leave granted 1 the trial court’s order of restitution following his plea of guilty to a charge of assault with intent to commit murder, MCL 750.83. The trial court sentenced Turn as a third-offense habitual offender, MCL 769.11, to serve I8V2 to 35 years in prison for the conviction.
