Upon a plea of guilty, appellant received a sentence of 15 years for kidnapping and 15 years for robbery to be served concurrently. He was credited with the time he was in jail awaiting trial. Approximately a year later, he filed his present pro se motion to vacate his sentence pursuant to our Criminal Procedure Rule 1. He alleged, inter alia, that he was denied the effective assistance of counsel.
