This is an appeal by complainants from a decree of the superior court of Cook county, dismissing their bill for injunction, for want of equity. The complainants, as named in the amended bill, are Harry Jensen, Charles IT. Sand, president and secretary-treasurer, respectively, of the Chicago District Council of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, Mark D. Taylor, Thomas E. Ratcliff, and Fred C. Bromley, business agents of the district council, William J. Tornquist, William H.
