{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Marvin L. Thomas ("Thomas"), appeals the June 13, 2016 judgment entry of sentence of the Allen County Court of Common Pleas. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
{¶ 2} This case stems from a drug investigation that began as early as September of 2014, when Thomas was seen engaging in what authorities suspected was drug activity. Several tips caused authorities to further focus their attention on Thomas and, between the early months of 2015 and October of the same year, authorities kept Thomas under extensive surveillance.
