OPINION

KIRSCH, Judge.

Delbert Savage (Savage) appeals his convictions for reckless homicide 1 and eriminal recklessness,2 as well as the trial court's order requiring him to pay $164,998.59 in restitution to the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration on behalf of Medicaid.

Savage presents two issues for our review, which we restate as follows: (1) whether sufficient evidence supports his convictions for reckless homicide and criminal recklessness; 3 and (2) whether the trial court's order requiring him to pay restitution in the amount of $164,998.59 was contrary to law and an abuse…
