Sid G. Ramsey individually and d/b/a Ramsey Properties, and Joe Robertson individually and d/b/a Western Real Estate, brought this suit against John T. Gordon, Winnie Barton and James M. Barton individually and d/b/a James M. Barton Real Estate, and Roy F. Cox individually and d/b/a Joshua Real Estate.
