Hodge, Chief Justice.

A creditor alleges that a debtor fraudulently conveyed his right to redeem certain foreclosed real property to a closely-held corporation. Because multiple well-recognized “badges of *246fraud” arise from the conduct and circumstances in this case, we conclude that the debtor acted with actual intent to defraud the creditor by purposefully putting property out of the creditor’s reach, thereby causing the creditor harm.
